Trying to wire this game up and came across two issues. I am missing connectors for 2J3 and 10J3. Are either used for this game? Looks like 10J3, 2J4, and 13J3 are the same. Do I need to split the wires and run to each connectors?

Do I need 2J3? It has the single ground wire on it.

Thanks,
Theron

Got the schematics for it?

I have a wiring diagram with the game. The 10J3 listed things like sol. 3 instead of wire color. I left 10J3 empty and game is working with sounds, but I am not getting any speech. Annoying high pitched sounds when game is done or whenever Sinistar is supposed to talk. I would imagine that 10J3 needs to be connected? This would make like a "y" connection. Anyone have pics of a cockpit wiring of both sound boards?

Joystick problem:
When no joystick is plugged in the ship always flies down and to the left. When we plug the joystick in, can move right, left and up, but not down. I looked closer at the joystick and there are 6 optical receivers. 3 for the up and down and 3 for the right and left. The middle one for the up and down is not original. Not sure if that is a factor, but worth mentioning.

Troxel is helping do some work on this Sinistar for me. I played a game on Friday and the joystick worked in all directions. It was a miracle cure. Today i tried it and got the same issue where it wouldn't move down at all, but I did earn a high score and I could move up and down to adjust the initials for the high score. Problem linked to one of the game ROMS? Also, really baffled by the lack of Sinistar speech. First step is to get the wiring straightened out. Does anyone have a Sinistar Cockpit they can take some pictures of so I can straighten out the wiring questions?

thanks
