Hey guys. A lot of you know of this epic fail of a cab I've been trying to strip down. Someone came forward for the cab, but I need to finish getting it stripped out...but IDK how...I'm trying to remove everything except the monitor (Which doesn't work, but should be able to be fixed)

how do I get the buttons off? also, how do I remove the stick from the control so I can get it off the board?

Also, I know my terminology is lacking, but I'm trying to remove the sound board/w.e is wired to the monitor...how do I remove that stuff?

Thanks for any help guys!

You're asking how to remove the pushbuttons and the joystick shaft?

For buttons, unhook the wire and unscrew the black plastic screw that threads ont o the body of the screw and snugs against the bottom of the CP.

For the joystick shift, there's an e-clip that need to be removed. Once removed (a pair of needle nose pliers will do it), then the joystick shaft will pull straight out.

Or did I not understand your question?

perfect! Thanks bro! Btw...when it comes to the screws I'm taking out, do I keep the screws with the actual controllers, or send them with the cab?

I'd keep them with the cab. They're the right length for that CP. Your call, though.

May be a stupid question, but why are you bothering trying to salvage a couple old worn out joysticks and a few terrible buttons before someone buys your cabinet?
