I picked up three non working games and all three had a dead G07 in them. I replaced all 3 flybacks, the hots, and the fuses, using a Bob Roberts kit, and all 3 are still dead. I reflowed the solder and still nothing. What a good place to look next???? Seems wierd to me that all 3 are just dead.

Open R908.

Do you have neck glow? Do you hear it turn on (the high pitch noise)? What about pops etc? Does it blow fuses? What about the fuses themselves? Good?

There is a flowchart for g07's online and its should cover most of the common issues with these monitors.

I have personally rebuilt two of them with no issues..

No neck glow, no noise. fuses good.

1. Verify that you have input voltage to the monitor with a meter. (120vac)
2. Check the voltage on both sides of the huge white cement resistor. (DC 120vdc & 145vdc)
3. Check the voltage on the neck board at H9 & H10. (6.3vac)

This will give you an idea of where to go next. There are many causes for dead GO7's and we could all throw guesses out there all day long like:
C511
R908
FR401
FR901
F901
F902
etc
