ive decided to part with my atari 2600 collection and was wondering if anyone here has had any experience with chase the chuckwagon? is it a better place to sell these kinds of things than ebay? thanx ben
 
Havent sold a thing. Tried to, but failed. Just simply isnt popular enough to rub shoulders with the big boys.

I have purchased twice from the Chuckwagon. I have never sold there yet, but prob will in the furure.:cool:
 
It's pretty good. Fees are better than eBay, audience is focused. Downside is that it has a lot less traffic than eBay.

I'd say go for it, but make sure your minimum bid is a price that you are willing to take. There's many fewer bidders, and it's likely you'll end up selling to the first guy who places a bid.

The really nice thing is that you can try CTCW and since they don't charge listing fees, it doesn't cost you anything (except time) if it doesn't sell.
 
I've only tried selling arcade cabs there thus far with zero positive results. I've never tried selling small items there.
 
I've purchased several small items (Atari and Nintendo cartridges) from Chase The Chuckwagon, and I've been real happy with it.

I'll give you a tip. If you put as much info in your auction title as you did the title to this thread, I guarantee you fail.
