Question to the admins about an AI project

Skynet, I mean 'AI', might have some authoritarian or anarchist inclinations... I'm not sure which yet (or both?) :)

The AI chatbot NYC set up hasn't been what they intended:

"The Microsoft-powered bot says bosses can take worker's tips and that landlords can discriminate based on source of income. That's not right."
And in Japan, using AI to detect criminals -BEFORE- they commit a crime, ala Minority Report:

Skynet
Colossus - The Forbin Project
Demon Seed
HAL-9000
The Matrix
Ex Machina
Westworld
M3gan
Kronos

The list goes on.

Humanity doesn't listen.

How does AI know that posted answers or suggestions are wrong?
What if AI sponsored a game competition on RoboCop video game and all the Terminator series games ( video and pin ), would Billy Mitchell still be a cheater?

Skynet
Colossus - The Forbin Project
Demon Seed
HAL-9000
The Matrix
Ex Machina
Westworld
M3gan
Kronos

Skynet - loved the Terminator movies
Colossus - The Forbin Project - never saw it. Rotten Tomatoes: 89% critics / 76% audience
Demon Seed - never saw it.
HAL-9000 - loved 2001, though years later its slow moving... I don't need to see it again.
Matrix - Loved...well at least the first one.
Ex Machina - Loved it too, but it didn't leave me feeling happy.
Westworld - Though it was getting a tad tired at the end, I watched and like all seasons.
M3gan - I was one of the last people it seems to get around to watching it. Exceeded low expectations.
Kronos -- haven't seen it... 1957... digging deep here now?

what about:

Oblivion
I, Robot
The Mitchells vs The Machines
I Am Mother
a few episodes of Love, Death, and Robots (check it out if you haven't already).
Blade Runner ?
Her ?
Wall-E ?

We can't see we haven't been warned :)

Demon Seed - never saw it. The ending is classic. Edgy terror show about a computer which takes over an electronic home, somehow builds a device, impregnates the computer guy's wife while locking everyone out, and comes out born human. Scary freaky.

Kronos -- haven't seen it... 1957... digging deep here now? This was some alien thing that came in a flying saucer, and then started eating all the power from power plants, every time it did, it grew.

what about:

Oblivion - Ah, the best ending ever.
I, Robot - I forgot about VIKI.
The Mitchells vs The Machines - Have not seen this.
I Am Mother - Saw this, it was kind of flat.
a few episodes of Love, Death, and Robots (check it out if you haven't already). Love this series - Lucky 13 is an example of a good AI. But it is a lonely example.
Blade Runner ? Not so much the omniscient AI, as a new life form.
Her ? On the list.
Wall-E ? Hardly AI. Or was it?

We can't see we haven't been warned :)
We can also include the Anime Classic Gal Force, as both the Solenoids and Paranoids seem to be controlled by their own AI computers.

And no, we can't say we haven't had plenty of warning. No, not at all.
