Question on CRT finds...can I use them in an arcade cabinet?

Hey folks,

I have a question - I recently found the following two tubes at a local yard sale...and considering the price of FREE I simply couldn't pass them up.

SONY KV-27FS100
SANSUI FTC2075A

Can either of these be used as a replacement tube in any arcade game? My arcade has need for some 20" tubes and could certainly use a 27"

Will these do the job, or are they not usable since they are flat screen?

Thanks

the tubes in these can vary a lot, have you opened them up and look for a serial tag on tube itself ?
shd start with Axxxxxx or similar. I attached an example of what the tag will look like. this came off one of mine

I never seen arcades with 20" tubes. common sizes 13, 19,21,25,27 are just a few. the chassis must support the size of the tube from my knowledge

being flat or normal crt shdnt matter ( to some it might but not me as long as it works lol ) as long as it works..

but in the end, you are going to have to decase the tv and look at tube directly....
