Look forward to seeing them, a lot on here may have a better idea once we see them..

Been ill and not really up to it on my end lol

will get some pics thanks for response large black fibrtglass horse no info anywhere on machine!

While they vary slightly by manufacture, normally they have a 120vac 1/4 HP motor with a start / run capacitor. Most will have a belt / pulley set-up although some used a gearbox transmission.

As stated, pics would help.

if ther motor humms but wont move but then works fine if you help it spin to get started, replace the capacitor on it.

pictures of the horse

hope these help, thanks for the responses!

thatappears to be juat a standard 110vac motor. If you clean the paint off of the tag you might be able to get more info off of it as to horsepower rating etc.

there ya go.

If its too slow you could try to find a larger pulley for the motor and use a little bit longer belt.. however if its only a half horse( lol) thats probhably not strong enough to use for any long period of time.

Hunt craigslist etc youll find a motor. Old treadmills are good donors as are old air compressors, etc.
