I don't have another GO7 I can easily get to, and I'm not really interested in shocking myself more, so I figured I would ask here...
I have a GO7 in my Dig Dug, that after I turn the game off, if I touch the back of the tube (not near the second anode, just anywhere on it), I get a nice little shock.
The Sync wire was close to the tube too and you could see it spark! (When the game was first turned on)

Is this normal? If not, what might be causing it?
The monitor has been freshly capped.
