For those of you that own a Turkey Shoot, can you watch this clip and tell me whether or not the sound appears to be working completely? The video is at the bottom of this auction description.

I have heard conflicting things from different collectors. Some think that all the sounds appear to be working perfectly while others think that it is missing some sounds.

Please help. Turn up the volume completely on your computer

MAME is the collector's friend!

REPEAT!!!

MAME is the collector's friend!

Yes, that Turkey Shoot is missing the sounds of the gun firing and the turkeys being hit. A quick play in MAME confirms this, but I also recently played a Turkey Shoot belonging to a friend, and clearly remember the gun sounds. Alas, hit feathers didn't work.

But really, MAME should be the first place ANY collector checks to see what any game is like. I really can't image why everyone here doesn't use it as a reference source.

My crappy computer cant handle MAME.

I dont think its missing the sounds of the gun and turkeys being hit. Did you turn up the sound on your computer while watching the video?

After talking to Avidgeek about it, he says that all the sounds work perfectly on the game, but for some strange reason the gun sounds and "turkeys-being-hit" sounds are a little faint.
