Question about Track Balls / PGA Golf / REBooting this is a strange one.
Heres the story: I had a PGA golf, moved it to a friends house, and the CPU stopped loading properly. So yesterday I bought a computer from a local on CL hoping to fix my problem of having a bad CPU / HD. I have never owned a PGA before this one, and didn't know how to fix my CPU that broke during the move. I do have all the software and back-up disks, I just was not sure how to use them / program the CPU / HD. So today I went to put in my new CPU I bought, hooked everything up, started playing, and noticed all of my shots were hooking to the left automatically. I tried 2 other track balls, same deal. It wont shoot the ball straight unless I compensate by pushing up on the trackball and a little to the right of center. So my question is, could this be a problem with the CPU? I didn't think it could be, I thought the trackball controls all movement of the swing, but I wanted to ask to be sure. Because either I have bad luck and all of my trackballs swing to the left a little when being pushed up, or the CPU is making my shot go to the left because of a problem. Any help would be grateful on this...
Also, how would I go about fixing my broken CPU I had from before? Do I just insert the backup disk and follow the instructions? I have never tried. I do have a keyboard to do this, I just didn't know where to start. Never had to re-install or reboot a hard drive / cpu before.
