Question about striping paint off of cabinet

I think I am to the point now to strip the paint off of cabinet. Was wanting to know a good way to take the paint off of cabinet without messing up wood. Just would like some pointers on this matter if all possible.

I like to citristrip and put Saran Wrap over it for a few hours. This way it doesn't dry up and 4 hours later, it comes off. Use plastic putty knife.

This is what I do as well. Particularly on any metal parts because it seems to dry up quickly.
