I replaced two chips in my spy hunter to make it freeplay. They are eproms at 6D and 10D. Now, I have to put the chips back for coin-op. However, the original chips that go back aren't marked at all and I didn't mark them when I took them out (d'oh).
If I put 6D into 10D's location or vice versa, would I screw something up badly or would there just be mixed up graphics?
I have a 50/50 chance of getting it right.
There are not any markings on the chips that I can tell that differentiate the two.
I don't have a eprom reader/burner either.
What should I do? Thanks for the help,
Torin
