I included a picture of what I am looking for..I circled in read the crystals or whatever these are. The ones on the side are of the board are the same I think, so it really don't matter as long as I find out where to get one of them at..I need to know where I can get them at..please dont say to look in the manual for it is very vogue on them..I took them to a electronics place and they said they needed more info than what is in the book.

thanks in advance

Wow. Fuzzy.

I can barely make out what parts you've circled there, but the one in the lower left looks like it's just a normal deglitching cap, not a crystal. Can't tell what the one to the right is.

Why do you think you need these parts?

I just took it off the internet. I will take a picture of it tonight when I get home.. The reason why I need it they are either missing or fell off the board or broke.

thanks in advance

Ah.

I found a better picture of the board online, of course, I still can't make out the component values, but the component on the left is just a cap, and the one on the right looks to be a crystal.

The crystal will have to be replaced if it's broken or missing. You just have to find out what it's value is - it'll be a number in megahertz or similar. You need to find one the same frequency. Most values are standard and any electronic supplier will carry them. Crystals have no polarity.

The other part is a deglitching cap - a small ceramic cap to reduce switching noise in the power at each individual chip. It'll be the same as the others in the row next to it, but it's probably a .1uf ceramic. These aren't critical, and one missing one won't make any difference. Just be sure the remaining broken legs don't short together. Or, you can just replace it while you've got the soldering iron hot - common, ten cent part - you can buy some or just steal one from a junk board.
