I just wanted to put out a feeler here to see if there is interest.

I build a lot of new arcade sticks for today's consoles (www.arcadeinabox.com) and I have for several years. Because of this, I am constantly ordering parts from Sanwa, Seimitsu, Happ and IL. I have business accounts with all of them, along with some other companies I get other parts from.

My question is, is there a market for new items on KLOV? Is there someone that already sells on here?

The biggest issue with Japanese parts right now is the Dollar to Yen conversion. It's making Sanwa sticks that used to cost $15 now cost $20.

Give me your feedback, I might willing to start stocking more parts just for sale if people are interested in that.

Thanks
Ed

This may not answer your question, but I'd be interested in finding out the cost of a stick with a 4-way switcher for PS3 so I can properly play some of the PSN classics that call for it, such as Pac-Man Championship Edition DX and the other Namco classics.

This forum will not likely get you too much more business than you already have. Most of the collectors here are into the golden era games and they want to stick with the original equipment.

However, I have noticed that the numbers of younger collectors has begun to rise on this site and they will more likely be interested in these parts for their Jamma era fighters. So, over time you sales will likely increase on(from) this site.

Thanks Oryk,

My biggest concern was stepping on toes. If there is someone on here already that does sell this stuff then I want to step back. I don't currently sell parts only, and this would be something I would do on KLOV only as it's not something I really want to dive into across the net. If there is a need, I would happy to fill it :).

I've just started to see more posts about Astro City and Dynamo type cabs, so I thought I would ask.

I think happ is more available to the mass public now, but maybe japanese parts are not.
