Hey all I got to move soon and I got to get rid of a Mr Do! machine but when I turn it on it makes my scanner go off all static for the time that the arcade is on now I replaced the plug checked and rechecked the ground and all checks ok now I'm wondering if I splice in a ac filter would that take care of the interference? I'm not that great with pre 90's machines but I have heard of ac filters used in 80's machines to take care of interference.

oh and it's not the ded cab but it has the same set up with the old school power supply.
I just don't want to sell it the way it is. if I was buying it for a arcade room and it acted like it is I'd be kinda pissed.

I do have a filter cage for my Universal(Mr. Do!) board, so I assume that since these came with those cages Mr. Do! is one of those game boards that put out a lot of interference.

Thanks Mine didn't come with a cage but it's been awhile sense I've had the back off so I don't even know if there's a line filter there, from what I read I doubt it so when I get a few minutes Ill put one in there and hope for the best. its just a pain in the ass interfering with my scanner.
