Are there anyplaces that sell the small rectangular white piece and metal connector that are connected to the red wire that hook up to the neck board right at the back of the tube. If not what do you guys use as a replacement...Thanks

Show us a pic of what you are talking about. If you are talking about something that was attached to the wire from the original flyback that is not on the wire for the new flyback, usually I just cut it off of the old flyback and splice it to the new flyback (using solder and heatshrink)...

He is probably talking about the connector on the K7000.

I haven't found it. I either cut and splice the old one (quick way) onto the wire for the new flyback or else I get a bobby pin and scrape the goop off the end and stick the straight part into the white connector in order to depress the metal tang on the connector inside. Then I gently pull on the red wire while depressing the tang to get it out. I then pry the old crimp up and place the new wire inside and attempt to recrimp it. I also solder it on justin case I dorked up the crimp. The second method takes a bit more time to do. Both work just fine. Please use heat shrink tubing on your splice if you splice and solder the wire, not electrical tape.

All of the above.... or strip the end of the new wire and solder it straight into the neckboard. (not like it should need unplugged anytime soon)

Yea I def. won't be using electrical tape. Ken you have a good point with soldering the new wire directly on the neck board...Thanks for the help guys.....
