Question about Cruisn World and Time Crisis 2 Monitors

Hey guys,

I need to know what kind of monitors(what resolution) Time Crisis 2 and Cruis'n World use.

KLOV.com says Cruis'n USA uses Medium res but Cruis'n World says a Standard res.

Also KLOV says Time Crisis 2 uses a Standard res when I'm looking at this thing and it looks too sharp to be standard res. The connector to the pcb(non-JAMMA) looks to be a VGA cable but maybe that's because I don't know any better.

I figure that some of the techs/ops here would know for sure as both of these can be found on route these days. Thanks in advance for the help!

If you have one there, just look in the back and see what monitor type is in there...

I really would as I am not lazy but I guess I don't have enough experience with monitors to look at the chassis and determine what resolution they are. I looked up the manual for TC2 and couldn't find one for Cruis'n but the manuals didn't say anywhere unless I am missing something.

Is there a pretty universal way to look at a monitor and see?

No not really other than just getting the chassis number. Or take a picture and we can identify it for you. +1 on crusin' world being a med. res monitor.

Don't know about your other machine but the cruis'n machines started with Wells 2550(U5000) medium rez and when they died they were generally replaced with a Wells 2575 a.k.a. the 7500
