Question about back half of environmental discs of tron

I am making a replica Environmental Discs of Tron (EDOT). My friend has an original cabinet with the back half cut away. I will make the back half for him and take measurements of the front part for my own creation.
There are very few pictures of the inside looking up. I found one from pinside and it looks like there are two holes cut in the top. Is this accurate?

If anyone owns or has access to this cabinet please send photos of the inside looking up.

I am also interested in the measurement noted in my last attached photo.
