Dick just repaired a Quantum set for someone else (i think in the Midwest,) so maybe there's a third on it's way.

i was over at his place last week picking up my Asteroids PCB and half-heartedly trying to talk him into selling me his Quantum when he mentioned he'd just repaired a board set.

i don't think he's gonna sell me his Quantum, not for anything i could afford right now anyway.

Dick does a lot of repair work on the Atari vectors. doesn't seem to touch other vectors though (i asked him about Star Castle a while ago.)

I just got my Quantum up and running about a week and a half ago thanks to Todd and Prok.. PCB was fine, just needed to get the WG6100 fixed up!

Love the game, it's been a huge hit for everyone who had come over to play it!! I've quickly become addicted to it also

Here's a quick pic of my machine, I have a CPO waiting to be installed when I get time..

This game had been sitting in a guys garage with no love for over 5 years, he picked it up at a yard sale and had no idea that he had a grail.. it was extremely dusty but working when I bought it. I must have spent 4 hours going through this getting all the dirt/dust out. It even had a partial wasps nest next to the monitor!

I am on the hunt for a nice working Amp to put in it also.. She cleaned up very nicely.

AMAZING. Just plain amazing. It's hard to believe that all of those were in the same place at the same time given how rare the machine is in the first place.
