Years ago a bar in my neighborhood had a 3dfx jukebox.
This was the Indian Curry House/Kennedy's Irish Pub on Columbus Ave in San Francisco.
It may have been wall mounted or sitting on top of the bar.
It was a CD player, and it had references to 3dfx and Quantum 3D on it.
Pretty sure it was a touch screen interface and had cool graphics to play along with your music selection.
It's possible it was related to Ultracade, but I may be just cross wiring things.
Anyone know what I'm talking about?
