Picked up a MH conversion that I'll be parting out. The quad pokey board was dangling and some of the pins were knocked off. Went into my "Pile o' Crap" for a spare and noticed it was a different layout. Doesn't really fit well on the MH board. Is this from I Robot or something?

I have one of them too. I am not sure what game its for. but the only Atari games made in 84 are:
firefox
tx-1
I-robot
return of the jedi

of those, I would say firefox as its most common.

Given that the one on the right is an earlier part number, I'd guess they did that one first then realized having the PCB be that unbalanced let it get knocked off the PCB too easily.

I still find it bizarre that they made them so big, considering my layout is about 1/3 of the area...

I believe the 4-in-a-row variation of the Quad POKEY Eliminator was standard in Return of the Jedi. At least, that's where I've seen it before.
