Vertical size is reduced, as well as chopped at the top. I've gone over the board, reflowed pinouts, cleaned up a few joints that were suspect, but no change. Chassis is relatively clean, no washing needed like some of the piggies that I've brought home. No obvious burned components or bulged caps.

I'm going to do a cap kit, but I wanted to get some feedback if this strikes someone as obvious. The vert. size pot will make this smaller, but it's maxed out as shown on screen. Vert position will also adjust center up and down. Other than this vertical issue, the picture looks very nice. Any ideas before I order some parts?

Looks like probably bad caps.

Capkit # 605 Qnic CGM-2500 monitor, 21 capacitors, $7.95

Caps fixed it right up. While some were a fair bit out of spec, what was interesting is two of the old caps were totally wrong. C414 was a 1uf instead of 22uf, and C709 was a whopping 1kuf cap where it should have been a 100uf. Now to clean the cab up a bit and wheel her down to the arcade! Results:
