I have one of these monitors and I am having trouble getting the Green to work really well. The Red and Blue are shooting good, but the Green is very dark. If I adjust the color and gain on the neck board to make it brighter, it tends to bleed over far to the right and distort the other colors. I just bought and swapped the caps except for a few that were not included in the kit. I was thinking of replacing the flyback, but does this sound like something that a flyback could fix? Definitely a noob on this stuff, but I am trying to get up to speed.

Thanks!

Try swapping the green transistor with one of another on the neck board (red or blue) and see if the problem migrates to that color. If so, replace that transistor.

That general process can also apply to most of the video circuitry; the circuits responsible for one color are typically duplicated twice more for the other colors, so to figure out a defect using the remaining channels is often a possibility.

Have you tested the tube?
I used to think tubes never went bad, boy was I wrong! A B&K 467 is a priceless part of my monitor tools now!!
