Ok, I couldn't find complete information on this, so once I completed the conversion I thought I'd post the necessary information. The first part is from the user EXIDY, which is not included in the official conversion documentation, or at lease not in the one I had (link for that conversion manual is here: http://tamdb.net/index.php?page=ManualDetail&PHPSESSID=45d90e0b3988be7583b7ad7a4db7443a&id=5094 )

Soundboard:
1. Cut trace between TP-5 and U17 pin 6 on the component side
2. Cut trace between U23 pin 13 and feed through hole on solder side.
3. Wire Tp-5 to U23 Pin 13.
4. Wire U17 pin 6 to U23 pin 12
Once again, thanks to the user EXIDY for this info

Here's the important part, the jumpers. The Qiz to Zoo Keeper conversion kit would have come with (2) 14-pin sealed dip jumper packages labled 26-00002-032, for the purpose of using 2732's instead of Qix's 2716's. There are 3 jumpers on the Qix board labeled 26-00002-016 in sockets u2, u22 and u29. Take all 3 of those out, put the new jumpers in u22 and u29, u2 will be vacant. This is not what the conversion manual says, but luckily someone had manually written in the correct sockets. Ok, here's the important stuff, what's inside the jumper packages. For QIX (Jumper 26-00002-016) it's: 1 to 14, 2 to 13, 3 to 12, 4 to 11, and 5 to 10. For Zoo Keeper (Jumper 26-00002-032) it's 2 to 14, 3 to 13, 4 to 12, 5 to 11, and 6 to 10. At this point, I'm assuming you have the required Rom daughterboard from a ZooKeeper and all the ZK Roms. Add the coin door eliminator rom @ U19 and you're done!
