Kinda testing the waters here.. I've got a near mint Qix cab that I was going to turn into a zookeeper, but it was too nice.. So I've collected all the parts I need to restore this game.. Got a minty marquee, bezel, and control panel with a NOS grommet and stick..

Pcbs work 100%.. this is going to be the nicest Taito I've ever restored.. Only a few nicks and scraps on the cab, which I'd like to keep it that way as I'm not a fan of totally repainting cabs.. They look a wee bit to new to me.. Heh..

Let me know if your interested.. At this point I've got a decent amount of $$ into the game, with parts and a near perfect newer monitor..

Hey, it will look great in my Taito row if anything :) Just wanted to offer it up to someone who really wants a Qix..

I can vouch for this game. It really does look great!

I actually like playing it on my 60in1 and was keeping an eye out for a dedicated cab, so I may be interested... I'm just waiting to see if my basement gets water this spring before I put more cabs down there....

Price

Not sure on the price as of yet.. As it's still in pieces and needs to be restored.. Just wanted to see if anyone local was looking for one..

Hi Pete,

I know of a fairly serious local (RI) collector who was on a quest for one of these. He's not on KLOV or online much for that matter, but if you are interested in calling him I can give you his phone number by PM.
