I finally got my Qbert home... The game plays great and as far as I can tell all the sounds are there. The volume pot is very touchy and could probably be replaced. Anyone know the value of the pot? I also have a lot of static in the sound.. I bought a cap kit for the sound board, but it sounds like a bad speaker crackle.. Not sure if a cap kit will fix the crackle.. Its also a short cabinet standing about 5'. Is that normal size or is this a cabaret?

Not sure of the volume pot value - I can check when I get home, but I think Riptor sells those.
That is the correct size for the cab.

Volume pot is listed in the manual as 100ohm, 2W.

I've never seen a mini/cabaret Q*Bert. Perhaps it was water damaged and has been cut down. Generally mini/cabaret cabs are also narrower than full-size uprights. How wide is yours?

THanks.. game is original width. Bottom appears to be original. I guess it seems soo much shorter as I am working on a taller cab right now and it is also on a dolly making it look even taller. Once I get it into my basement next to the others it will probably be fine..

Thanks for the info on the volume pot.
