Figured some of you would like this. I just picked up my Q*Bert and was able to take the game home in my VW with the back hatch CLOSED!! I've taken other games home in it, but never with the back hatch closed.

Oh and yes I realize the photo was taken with the hatch open, but it did close.

Games riding shotgun is always a blast; as far as cargo goes, it doesn't get much better.

darn, this is the one that was just on CL. I emailed the guy about it, but he said his friend was gonna take it. I want a Q*Bert :(

Interesting. I have a 2012 Golf as my daily driver but I take my old F150 when I pickup games, I would have never thought an arcade would fit in the VW!

WOW! I can't believe that fit.. I have a Hyundai Sante Fe, and I wouldn't even try it in there.. I take my wife's minivan, it allows for someone to ride with me. Much more fun talking to a co-pilot than a machine.... ;)

Damn. Cabarets and cocktails will fit in that all day long, but I never would have thought an upright would.

I found out I could do it when I got my first game, a DK JR. Guy said come get it now if you want it or I sell it to someone else. Now that one fit on its back and the hatch was about 3/4 of the way shut.

Then I decided to try it when I drove 90 miles to get my Galaxian. The guy said "I thought you came to buy, why are you wasting my time?"
So I told him, "I did. $50 bucks off the price if I fit it in there and get the hatch more than 50% shut"
He said "Lets see it."
I went home with a $100 Galaxian on its back that day.

The Q*Bert didn't fit on its back because of the CP, but on its side, was perfect.
I was even surprised we could shut it, but then again it is shorter than the others.
