Finally getting back to this project.
The K4900 has a dead blue gun, here's the thread. I don't have a rejuvenator to try to bring it back
I rolled the dice and ordered a k4900 off eBay. It was $200 shipped, and actually showed up in working condition.
Here it is hooked up to a JROK Q*Bert/Mylstar board and it looks great. The monitor has Zaxxon burn, but I can't see it with Q*Bert playing.
Next steps are finishing cleaning the cabinet, rewire the cabinet with with a repro harness (the old one was butchered by some hack), pull the transformer, clean it, and check the voltages, etc.
Aiming to get it working with the JROK first, and then tackle the PCBs. Ultimate plan is to get it working with the PCBs, linear power supply, etc.
