Putting together a 60-in-1 order for Austin/Central TX/other?

I'm about to order a couple 60-in-1 boards, so if there is anyone in Austin/Central Tx who would like me to add one or more for them, let me know. Price will include the board plus an equal share of the shipping. Shipping will be divided by number of total boards ordered, so if you order more than one, you will be responsible for that many shares of the shipping.

If anyone who isn't local (and can't pick it up for me) and would like one and have me ship it to them, I can do that also - as long as you pay shipping to you. I figure Priority Mail should be about $6-9 anywhere in the lower 48.

I also can get other multi stuff (Blue Elf, SNK MultiCart, etc) if you need it. Contact me for pricing.

For the 60-in-1, there are two versions as usual - A and B. Both are supposed to have dual-trackball support, but there have been reports of the dual-trackball connectors on the B version not working, so if you need it to work with the trackball connector on the board, make sure you request an A version.

I don't do this very often - only when I need something personally - so don't think that I'm trying to compete with the other guys who sell these regularly. I'm not trying to profit here, and I'm not ordering in sufficient bulk to get a big discount as some others have. The prices quoted below are the actual prices from the supplier, so I'm not making any profit here (other than maybe saving a little on shipping due to a bulk purchase).

If you want a 60-in-1, here are the prices I just received from the supplier:

Classic 60 "A" Version - $96 + share of shipping/fee
Classic 60 "B" Version - $63 + share of shipping/fee

I will accept "orders" until Saturday, then I will place the order. Once I get the total with shipping (they include a PayPal fee in the shipping which will be divided as well), I will request a PayPal payment from you within a couple days so I can get the order on it's way - so be ready for it.

PM me if you need anything....

Bump to the top for the day crew. I already have 4 for the order, and the more I order means a smaller shipping share, as they all get shipped together....

Do the A boards have the sound issues on 1943 aswell? Have you confirmed that the trackball works on these ones?

I am 3/3 with no trackball support and poor sound quality. If you can get A boards for that price and I won't have those issues, I will gladly buy from you and pay for shipping.

Sound issues are the same for both, as they use the same programming as far as I can tell.

As for the A boards, I have not used one in a while, so I am relying on others for their info about the trackballs. I don't believe there have been trouble with the A boards not working with the trackball connectors, but perhaps others can chime in on that. The B boards did have this issue, but most have had success wiring it up to the 2-player wiring, but perhaps that has been problematic, too? I guess there is a reason it's cheaper (cheaper quality parts). I rarely use trackballs when making them at work, so have no problem using the B boards.

I don't currently have the boards in hand to test, as I am putting an order together now and will be ordering this weekend....

The B boards won't save me $10. To me with a share of shipping is about the same as from Nixs (maybe a couple bucks less) and my work already orders from them, so it's no big deal for me.

A boards would probably be cheaper from Nixs though. I have had a quite a few out-of-staters ask to be in on the order, and I told them Nixs would probably be cheaper than buying with me, then paying me to ship it to them...

Another bump for those who missed it or are still thinking about it....
