Hi guys. I've recently started recapping monitors and doing novice repair work on monitors. I'm enjoying the payoff of a job well done and a beautiful fresh image.

Anyhow I think I need to purchase a new tool. I need to get a capacitor tester because there are times when I want to test a capacitor that isn't included in a cap kit such as that filter cap and other oddball caps that don't normally fail. I think this will help my troubleshooting and save cost and time of shotgun repairs. I Have included a picture couple that came up on Amazon when I searched it. What do you think of either of those two for a repair noob?
