Wow! I can't believe how many say punch out…
I have both in my collection and although punch out looks amazing in the row my vote is DKJr. Punch out is a one trick pony, that after a few games gets old. Add the dkjr remix and u will have hours of fun playing a game u can consistently get better at. If u want a great looking game, that u will end up just looking at restore punch out first. If u want a game u will keep going back to play, restore DKJr. Don't get me wrong, they are both great and nostalgic, but punch out gets old quick in a home setting imo.

different line up of boxers overall. And the joystick is 5 way instead of 4 way. You have to pull up on the stick to do certain moves.

Ahhh yes, I remember now, the pull up to duck. I think I like PO best. Actually I like Mike Tyson's PO best, but thats not in its own cab. One should be able to have a PO and SPO in a SPO cab right ?

Punch out for sure. Is there a way to run it from Mame with 2 monitors?... would be great project. play choice games.. punch out and SPO.

technically you can play Mike Tyson version in the playchoice 10 which is basically the same cabinet. You can run Punch out & super punch out in the same cabinet if you add the SPO stick. Pretty sure Mikes arcade repros it. And @RiddledTV had a switcher but some ghosting issues were coming up. Not sure if that got sorted or not.
