Man I always dreaded drilling out a corner cut panel but I aquired a brand new corner cut 25" undrilled CP for free last month and i'm using it for a customer build.

I had borrowed greenlee a hole punch from a local KLOV buddy and man is this awesome.

You drill a pilot hole and basically you clam this thing on there and crank down on it till it shears out a perfect hole. The metal doesn't even get warped. It's just a perfect button or joystick center hole.

I'm tired after punching these 12 holes and another 8 bolt mounting holes.

I'd like to try one of those punches. I use a stepped drill bit I purchased from amazon that works really well if you take it slow and don't mind a chamfered edge on the hole.
