Just wondering if anyone had a schematic for a punch out PCB that would point location and workings for the "color roms"

Example: Chip 6E = Upper monitor RED

trying to diagnose a PCB color issue. Figured if i could switch chips from upper to lower monitor I would be able to figure out WHAT PROM (*if any) was the problem

thanks in advance..

You can tell if you look really close at the board. I did it once, just write down where the wires come in from the harness, and follow them back carefully they get to the proms pretty quick, so you can tell which one controls which one.

BTW, I had about 3 of those boards that had color issues and it was always either a bad connection on the edge connector, or the color proms.

does this look like a bad PROM to you??

Thought it was a monitor BUT i get the SAME output result on multiple good working monitors so i know its something off the board. Just starting with proms
