$89.99? And it doesn't even come with the game. Wow.

Osver, I'm going to blame you for this one :D

Saw this earlier on CAG. It looks hella cool, but not $90 cool.

If it came with the game I'd be all in.

EDIT: And why is it the left-hand glove? Isn't Mac right-hand dominant? Are there left and right versions?

I thought his left and right punches had equal strength in the game? I don't know about his stats or backstory though....

If you could get that and the game for $100, I would be very tempted, that's cool. ;)

In the arcade PO and SPO, his right punches do more damage, but they are slower. But, this is just trying to duplicate the way real boxing works. Your playable character is a typical right-handed fighter with a left hand, left foot forward stance (i.e., "orthodox" rather than "southpaw"), so his left is a jab, which is a fast punch with not much power, and his right is a cross, which is a stronger punch, but slower. An orthodox boxer's hook and uppercut are also rights, which the game also gets right.

Of course, "Little Mac" is a NES character, not an arcade character, so I don't know if rights were stronger than lefts in MTPO or not.

Good point about Mac being the name on NES, I forgot the arcade character was nameless. I don't feel the need to buy the glove anymore. Thank you Maxim. :D
