Both of my PO cabs are missing the KO buttons, and in turn the button brackets have both been replaced with the smaller sized button brackets. Would any PO owner with the correct bracket maybe send theirs to me so I can have some made? There is a little machine shop down from where I work and I think they could do it.

Anyone else need these?

Is that they only part you need? Do you have the 30mm nut as well?

I bought a couple KO buttons, but havent even checked to see if the nuts came with them. I'll have to dig them out.

Stealthie - good call on RAM Controls. Maybe Dave will do it?

they should be able to do it from just a good drawing, i'd think. If no one else is willing to send you one, let me know and i'll get out the dial calipers and make you a drawing from mine so you can have the machine shop make them. IIRC, there's not much to them. A piece of angle, or sheet steel bent 90 degrees, and one big hole for it to mount under the button, and then 2 small holes for the microswitch to mount to. Like i say, if you need it, send me a pm, and i'll make you a drawing.

A machinist on here already made a drawing:

.

I've also attached the .DWX AutoCAD file.

Sorry, didn't think of that. I always thought of it as a way for the button not to be ripped off.

Nothing to see here, move along....

You're probably thinking of the other bracket that locks the KO button in place, and is held to the CP with two carriage bolts.

Can someone take the DXF file, convert it from MM to INCH and send it to me? I'll see if I can free up some machine time to run off a few....hundred? Also, I need to know the material type and thickness.

here it is converted to inches. Are you planning on using the file to run the pieces from? If so, i may need to just rescale the drawing, and remove the dim's altogether. (its still scaled to MM, as when i changed it to inches, the dims were huge).

I was planning on using the file outright (to save myself from the extra work), so yes please make sure it's to proper 1:1 scale and in inches.

got it. Ok, here it is, no dimensions, drawn to scale (in inches).
