Punch Out!! blackout bezel(s)?

Did Punch Out!! originally have the plain blackout bezels / shrouds around the monitors like the standard (Donkey Kong, etc.) Nintendo cabinets? If so, does anyone have measurements?

Yeah they are quite a bit different from the ones on DK, and DK jr..... next time I get a PO in I'll make a pattern for these........
