I just wanted to apologize to those people who have sent boards in for repairs. I am currently stacked up due to to a number of unforeseen factors and it looks like I will limited in my time to try and dig myself out for the next couple of weeks.
I didn't want anyone to think I was pulling a [insert well known former member name here] who would take in boards and then disappear for a year at a time. I will be around, but I have been working a lot of hours at my day job for the last month and it is going to get worse for the next couple of weeks.
In my day job, I work for a large airline that recently merged with another large airline and this weekend is the culmination of a year's worth of planning and effort to merge the two computer systems. For the last two weeks, I have been on 24/7 call and over the next week I am scheduled to work the 7PM to 7AM shifts (which with shift hand offs, is going to mean 6PM to 8AM). Which means that I will be around the board at very odd times, but I will be at work and not home, so I will not be able to do board repairs during this time (to answer the question of why I am posting on the board at 3AM and not fixing your boards).
I have all of the boards received stacked up (in the shipping boxes) in order received and I will get to all of them. It is just going to take me a little longer than I had anticipated.
If anyone wants me to ship their boards back so they can find someone who can get to them quicker, please PM me and I will ship them back at my expense.
I am hopeful that everything will be back to normal after the end of next week and I can get back to a normal schedule, but I did not think it was fair to act as if nothing was going on.
Thanks for your patience.
