PSU rebuild, in the need of some IC's

brand is Setec/SeteK?, I have removed all the caps but there are at least 4 ICs missing, at Q1, Q2, IC1 and i68

This poor thing came inside a Data East Robocop cabinet, does anyone with this same PSU can provide the part numbers ?

Agreed. Cheaper too and less risky if you just junk this switching power supply and buy a new one.
Just because you add new missing parts does not imply it will still work correctly or reliably.
Too risky, IMHO.

DISCLAIMER: This point of view applies to common switchers. For OG linear supplies (w/wo audio amps etc), I do believe it is worth the time/$$ to fix those. (YMMV)
 
I'm already using almost all of my PCbs with rebuilt PSU's, besides I'm doing this for fun, as a hobbyist and I'm well aware that buying new hardware is the clever/cheapest thing to do, but again, that's not my purpose.
