Just got this in the mail from EBAY!

Wow, 13 tables!

They play well. Now I don't need to use Virtual Pinball to play MM!

My local Gamestops were completely out of stock so I went the EBAY route. got it for 17.50 plus 4.00 shipping. Great cheap title for us classic guys to have.

Now I have to sell my WII version. Yes I needed the 3 extra tables! lol

Rather than post in the "Now Playing" I will post this here. Today I got 3 high scores, but only took pics of two. This one is my best Firepower score:

And this, I am so glad about. I've been dueling with my friend on PS2, where he tied my high score of 27 million. I had to crush his hopes today tho. Only the PS3 really matters since your scores go on the online leaderboard. How some people can get those crazy numbers, I will not know. But with this score I made #203 ranked worldwide on Funhouse:

wish they would do a Williams Collection 2..

Same here, but it's been two years and I don't think it's going to happen. Too bad, I'd kill to have a collection with sequels like Black Knight 2000, Bride of Pinbot, and Firepower II. Add in some other non-licensed Williams favorites of mine like Roller Games, Fish Tales, and Mousin' Around (although I think that was Bally, wasn't it?) and it would be a Day 1 purchase for me.

Williams bought the company/name after the "6803" debacle.. So *yes*, Mousin Around, Black Rose, Elvira et. al. are Williams....

Even a Stern or Bally one would be nice. I have the Gottlieb one for PS2, but it is mostly older games. That title isn't as popular.

Also, the extra tables in this PS3 version are from the PSP. And the unfortunate thing is that they just put those PSP tables in this without changing the perspective, so they end up playing differently and are slightly harder to handle.

So since I've been playing this game, my friends want to get it too. But it appears that it is crazy rare somehow. Also I'm hearing that there is a 720p version but I can't find any case of it. Either way, eBay and Amazon have this game for crazy prices! Gamestop doesn't have any in stock (on their website) and the closest store that has one is a 2 hour drive away. Anywhere else I can look to find this game?

Better hang onto mine then, not that I'm done playing it. But since we lasted posted on this I managed to pick up two of my own pinball machines.

All due to this collection. Silver-ball got into my blood a bit.

And I am still waiting on a sequel to this.

They are getting ready to make another one with Theatre of Magic, Monster Bash, Attack From Mars, and I forget what else.

I know this because they almost bought my Theatre of Magic. I might still sell them a Monster Bash though. I thought it would be cool to see a game I sold them end up on a video game.

They are all over Ebay for $20-30. I think it's well worth the price tag. I bought it for 360 and play almost daily. Tell your friends to buy it while they can. They stopped producing it less than a year after it released so copies are limited.

Yes the cheapest one is only $20 but has a shipping price that is way too high of $14. Everything else is pretty much $40 and up.

True but unfortunately being that the game is rare the price will only go up from here. More people will end up playing it and wanting it resulting in less copies for sale. I hope you get a good deal on one,get it while you still can

It reminds me of when Heroes of Might and Magic IV was rare and hard to find, except those prices were over $100! Then it appeared years later at Target in the $10 bin... lol.

Anyways, regarding the new version that will come out next year, I haven't found that any tables were announced.

I just got my copy for 360 today, and I don't know if it's just really easy, but I beat my all-time high score for Medieval Madness by a few million on the second try. Maybe this will let me see what happens in some of the more advanced modes that I can't reach on a real machine.

Also, what is up with the camera angles on TOTAN? Maybe I just know MM really well from playing it on location so much that I'm not noticing the issue, but I can't see shit playing TOTAN in any of the available camera angles. :(

I notice that if you are doing good, the game will be easy on you, in other words the ball will have way more favorable bounces. That's the only thing I don't like about it.

In that case I must always be doing really horrible on Pinbot cuz that table will drain on me faster than a pack of dogs on a three legged cat!

Do you think it's actually doing that? I haven't played it enough yet to tell, but that would be disappointing if it 'fudges' things in your favor at times.
