While cleaning the basement, I found the bin that enshrined the old Atari consoles. Now, like many of you, my kids have the DS and the Wii and various other ways of playing games. But, I never thought that they would enjoy playing the classics as much as they do. Arcades? Sure, but Atari 2600? After playing River Raid, my daughter turned to me and asked, "why don't they make games like this anymore?" Makes me proud.:D

My son won't look away from the PS3 long enough to even notice the beauty of the classics.
I admit, your post made me jealous.
Congrats Dad! You got some good kids!
