Those of you that have more than one project game like me, how do you decided which to work on first? Is it the easiest fix, cheapest fix, someone wants you to build game "X" for them, favorite game, favorite game your guest enjoy, or other?

It is hard for me to decide which to work on. I fixed my LAX Rotary prize machine. It was a simple thread, twist, soilder, and tape the three power wires that came loose due to the last person not doing a good enough job on it. Then I worked on a Pirate Treasure and it's 98% done.

I've got like 2 people wanting me to do games for them, another Pirate Treasure to work on, a tube swap in a game, possible frame swaps for several monitors, a ground up restoration, one I need to figure out what is wrong with it, another a tech is going to have to come look at, a custom project I've had in the back of my head for awhile, and two test benches I want to put together. So much to do and so little time.

I normally prioritize by:
a) have I promised this to someone
b) do I have all the parts to progress the project (it doesn't have to be all the parts just enough to do the next step)
c) do I need some money for something, if yes which project will return any investment quickly and for the most money with the least effort
d) what do I feel like working on
f) is it an indoor project? If outdoor, what is the current temperature outside?

Then I do what I damn well feel like doing :D
