I have a Needhams EMP-10 and a BP Microsystems EP1132 and I'm struggling to program IC's successfully. I programed several chips with the EMP-10 but the code isn't working on the PCB's I thought it may be the programmer and bought a 2nd one the EP1132 with still the same result. I figured the easiest IC to program would a Williams sound ROM file since there is only one chip needed to run the PCB. I downloaded the file off the internet pinball database unzipped the file and saved it on the windows 95 laptop I have setup for programming. I have verified each IC is blank loaded up the program and programmed the IC then verified it several times and the code isn't working. I'm sure it's something I am doing or missing doing during the process. I've watched several videos on it but I just can't seem to get it right. Any ideas? or possibly a link to a good FAQ on the process?
Thanks
Jimmy
