Does anybody have a good program, or a Microsoft Works/Excel template for keeping track of numbers (money in/tickets out) on your arcade games? I am getting tired of wasting a couple of days doing everything by hand. And Im not very good with setting up Excel for what I need. HALP!

There is an ad in replay magazine for a program that will cover everything for you. i am just blanking on this.

Ken will probably know this. Hes probably more familiar with it then I am.

Funny you should ask. I started working on what you're describing this morning. I almost have a rough draft and will post here for input on suggestions / improvements. Stay tuned!

Cool, please keep me informed. It makes me mad that I put off learning Excel for all these years only to really need it at my job now. LOL

Okay, I'm trying to upload my first draft but excel comes up as an invalid attachment. Any suggestions?

Zip it... Zip files are allowed as attachments.

Edit: I took a look at it, but don't think that is what RacerX is after... I think he is after something that keeps track of the accounting for each game at the fun center he works at.

totals

What I am looking for is a page that I can list each game, have the old coin counter reading, input the new coin counter reading, then have the difference automatically show up in the next block. Then have the same with ticket totals right next to it on the same line.
