For the past 2 days, users have not been able to upload new avatars and likely many other types of images and attachments.

Not only did the web site get moved this week in a sudden and unplanned manner, but it also ended up on different versions of apache and php. As such, there has been some manual tweaking that is being done as we discover issues.

The image upload problem should be fixed now.
