I am about to buy a new game from a guy near me....what do you think of these prices??

Donkey Kong - $450 cab 6/7
Donkey Kong Jr - $450 cab 6/7
Frogger - $350 cab 7/7 (no side art)
Q Bert - $500 cab 7/7

I am looking for a fair price for both myself and the seller

He also has a Tin Star and (3) Three Stooges - not for sale......today!

Qbert in nice shape and working, $500 is on the top end of the price range these days. I think the others are too high, esp the frogger.

Who the heck uses 7/7? Frogger is not 7/7 if it is missing the side art.

Donkey Kong: good price if good condition monitor
DK JR: Same as above
Frogger: Repro art is available, but $300 is max what I would pay (even for perfect condition cab)
Qbert: Pretty fair price if you ask me.

thanks for the input this guy has over 60 games for sale and i want to make sure we keep things where both parties are happy. I hope to get the DK next weekend and once I have it add the DK2 chip set.

Is this the guy in Linn?

The prices on DK's seem fair if they are in decent shape, but whats 6/7? Is that supposed to be like 9 on a 10 scale?

Theres a very nice DK on eBay right now, in KC, but restored and just sitting there at $450 OBO. You could probably get that one cheaper if your willing to make the short road trip for it. I picked up my DK in KC acually.

Nope, sure havent, but Ive seen him on CL and asked him about a Megatouch he had for sale.

Are you looking to buy more games? Ive got my eye on a Tron but I'd have to sell something to have it.

Others have said the prices may be slightly high, but if the condition is as you say, I wouldn't be upset paying those prices. Not too many Qberts go on sale around here, so I would jump on that price if one locally showed up.
