Price for non-working Exerion

I'm looking at a non working Exerion that is really close to me and I was wondering what a good price would be for it? The guy said it has everything and the artwork is in good condition, but it doesn't power up. I know its really hard to estimate how much it would cost to fix that machine, but I want to make sure I don't overpay with the cost of the machine plus whatever the repairs are. And I dont actually have the skills or the knowledge to fix it myself, so I would try and get a local guy I know to take a look at it. I know this isnt a lot to go off of, but I am wanting another project to work on before I explode haha.

From what I've heard, this game isnt the easiest to work on, but I feel like at that price I would be content just staring at it Maybe one day I would mess with it. Ill let you all know if I go ahead with it and thanks for the help.
