Hey guys
I dont currently own any pins but came across a Rollergames...
Was wondering what you think it would be worth?
Playfeild is beat up, but operates fine, few blown lights and needs rubbers but looks to be mechanically solid.
Translight and cab are in great shape.
Thanks for your help!

You have to seriously consider repair costs and hardware availability when buying a game that is in crap condition with really no readily available parts. And how much will it cost you to fix and what's it really worth when working?

http://www.pinpedia.com/machine/666/prices <-- the URL scares me alone ;)

http://www.marcospecialties.com/product.asp?ic=31-1002-576 <-- playfield

HA HA Im digging the first link for sure as those are ALOT cheaper than I would have thought! Glad I asked before offering the guy a random amount that I thought was fair!
SATAN requires me to buy this machine!
The second link on the other hand scares the crap out of me as the playfield alone sells for more than what I think the machine is worth....
Well I might talk to the guy and see if we cant work something out.
Thanks again for the info

So I went and played this machine again today and its not in as bad of shape as I thought and am REALLY thinking about buying it! Flippers are alittle weak but surely isnt too hard of a fix...The playfeild does show some wear but I cant tell if its able to be waxed or did some 90's machines come with an unwaxable playfield?!?!?! (Diamondplate) Im new to pins so any help would be appreciated.
I think the price is fair but is FOR SURE much more than any of the vids I have purchased...

On Rollergames, at the very bottom of the playfield and right above the apron (dead center)it will say Diamondplated if it is.

Roller

rollergames wholesale as is needing shop out is 350-550
rollergames fully working clean private party non showroom sale = 800 to 1100

one sold in mesquite at sa auction, i can remember exact figure but was between 6-800

cool 80,s pin, i wanted to buy it but it went higher than i expected

I would say that 400-600 bucks could be a good price. Rollergames is a fun game, but has a crappy theme, in my opinion. The music and speech is so cheesy, that's it almost good!

I don't know that much about pinballs or pricing, but there was a Rollergames for sale in Kansas City on ebay that ended today. No one bid and there was no reserve, so you could have bought this one that looks close to perfect for 99 cents and a drive. I think you could use that in your favor when negotiating.

I'm not sure if the link will still come up, because the auction ended, but:

Yeah, pins definitely get lots of love at the auctions.I'd try to win one if it were at a good price, but most of them seem to go for much higher than I expect.

are diamond plate playfields unwaxable???? never heard that
kinda caught my eye cuz i have a diamond plate playfield that i cant seem to get waxed right...

Another good place to check prices is bostonpinball.biz, they have a list of ebay sales.

I picked up a Rollergames a few weeks ago - I was chosing between that and a Police Force - I wanted the Police Force but the guy wanted more for it and it wasn't fully-operating, so I did a little quick research on Rollergames - I wasn't that familiar with it and realized it was a Steve Richie game and decided to get it. I totally love the game play - the theme is a bit cheesy but it's more good-cheesy, than bad-cheesy. The flow on this game is excellent. Multiball is very challenging. Not a deep ruleset but some of the shots are difficult so it is not a game you can get easily bored with. The general consensus is, and I agree, that this game is highly underrated and a sleeper. There were only 4,999 units made so it's not a high production game either.
