Price Check: what do you guys think The Machine: Bride of Pinbot is worth

Hey all,
I realize its a subjective question, and its dependent on the condition, but I was hoping for an opinion after a brief description.

The game is an ex routed Machine:BOP. The top of the play field has been been disassembled to the wood so it could be cleaned....however, it still has what i could call noticeable ball tracks on high traffic areas that are not covered by the mylar. The mylar is shiny but does show some yellowing. The game has had a full LED kit installed (play field inserts, GI with some form of non ghosting, and backbox LEDs). Although, a bit of ghosting is still there....but FAR from the worst I've seen. At least one of the boards had significant repair evident from extensive jumpering although, I don't recall why. When I first played it, it was a bit awkward and still had a couple problems. After the problems were repaired, and the game was tweaked a bit, it played pretty well and was fairly enjoyable. Although, I think it needs some more tweaking to make it a truly excellent playing machine. For example, I believe it still needs the flippers rebuilt even though they flipped pretty strong.

So its got the LED kit going for it, and its a pretty good player that could be great with some more tweaking (and a bit of cash). But it still shows some signs of age and wear.

Anyone care to throw out an opinion of the value of said BOP. I know the price police has to be out patroling somewhere. ;)

I own one, but will try to be subjective. Prices for BOP are all over the map. There was a players condition BOP about a month or so ago on pinside for $1300 that went unsold for weeks.
And a couple of days ago, another BOP described as "dirty, but pretty nice" brought a whopping $2600 at an auction in PA.

I paid $1200 for mine, but it needed lots & lots of work. (new ramp, display unit, head issues, etc lots of cleanup).
I have no intentions of turning loose of it. I almost certainly overpaid for mine, given all the work/$ it needed.....but at least I have a machine that I truly enjoy.
Not sure I'll ever spring $1700 for the BOP 2.0 kit, but who knows.

I figure $1400 - 1500 for a working players condition BOP. add/subtract as condition merits

Thanks for the replies guys. I realize, the LED kit would certainly add the 200+ dollars to the going rate. And the pin books in Mr Pinball's 2013 price guide as 1450. Although to be fair, its about time for a new book and it had increased in value from 2012 to 2013. So it will probably be at least 1500 in the 2014 price guide. But I've also seen a lot of prices that are highly contrary to the price guide lately. A Whitewater that books for 3K bringing 4250 at auction, much like the 2600 BOP mentioned earlier. Problem is, I know what the guy paid for it at auction and after the tax was applied, it was already over book...Tack on the cost of a good shop job+the leds. And the costs gets up there. Anyways thanks again for the replies. I doubt I'll be enjoying a BOP in the collection anytime soon, but the rest of you guys can enjoy yours twice as for me ;)

I agree, it's a $1500 pin in most cases. Although a perfect running one with rubber and a decent playfield should pull closer to $2K.
