I have tentative access to a secret warehouse with about 25-30 Pacmans, Ms Pacmans. I have made an offer to purchase all of them, just waiting to hear back from owner. They are all unrestored, but he says most, if not all worked when stored there, back in 1992!!! Obviously some have probably died, but what could I expect to get for unrestored Pacs in this condition? In all honesty, based on other games Ive gotten there, most probably do work, and they mostly would just need cosmetic resto.... What you guys think? Any takers? It would be a big up front, but I would do it if I can pull a profit semi quickly. Trust me, nobody else will ever have access to these either, if I dont get them, they will just sit for another 20 years probably. He really has no interest in restoring or selling them.

Ive never had luck selling anything on here anyway, but thought i would throw it out there, i just dont want to end up with a garage full of Pac

I'm guessing that ibuying them all I would pay roughly $100 to 150.00 per game which on average should leave you in good shape. That may be high since they have been sitting so long and depending on the type of climate control, in my experience with the Pac market.

Complete Pac or Ms Pac, fade or wear to sideart, complete with routed condition control panel, non-working, but restorable and complete? - I would guess you should sell them to collectors for around $250/ea?

Let me know if this happens I will be in the area pass in through for the next week I would be up or two in the 150/200 range depending on condition. Maybe more depending on price. I just have a very small window for pick up
Thanks Tony

Unless you have a sell off plan for them already in place, most likely you'd just be changing the storage venue for those Pacs from his place to yours.

I would also be down for a few of them if Tony could pick them up. $150/200 range would be ideal.

wow just so happens I'm heading to Florida on Sunday, and I would absolutely love one of these, especially a semi working or not. Yeap definitely down for the $150 - $200 range. Shit might be down for 2 if they look sweet and are $150. Wife's going kill me, again!

absolutely depends upon condition. if they're pretty clean, no water/humidity damage, complete, i'd say $100-$150 for n/w ones and up to $300 for working ones. if they're trashed, stripped, or water damaged you're looking at a lot less, maybe in the $50-$100 range if there's at least some salvageable major parts. make sure you look at things like the bezel (the paint often starts to peel when in storage and the bezels are expensive to replace,) the bottoms of the cab for weakness or soft spots, and the PCBs for corrosion.

if it's the former (decent condition) and the owner doesn't want to go test to see which work and which don't, i'd make an offer in the $3k range for the entire lot, something between $125 and $150 a cab.

as was pointed out, that's a lot of space-sucking cabs so hopefully you've got either some sort of storage planned or you'll be selling them quickly.

Hey guys, thanks for the information. Im gathering that 150 would be the going price on here. As i have told a few via PM, these are an old operators, and he is quite eccentric. He cannot be rushed, but i plan to go see him again in a few weeks.
As of right now, im thinking im not going to buy them. Im not real interested in Pacman, and doesnt seem to be enough profit available on here to justify my time, borrowing truck, renting trailer, etc. I have the space to store them, but I would not want to keep them forever. I think I might have him at 100 bucks each, but I dont wanna go through all that for 50 a game profit, its just not worth it. He has PLENTY of old games there, so ill prolly just try to get some other ramdom ones, like I did last time, in my last warehouse raid post.

Thanks for the price check help. i will let you guys know if i change my mind

There's enough people here that would probably be interested in a semi load worth of Pac & Ms Pac cabs to make it worth your while. If you're not going to see the operator for another few weeks, that's plenty of time to put together plans to do a big sale. I'd say if you can get them for $100-$75 each, pull the trigger on that shit. It's not like they're going to depreciate much more.
