I can get a working UltraCade 2000 in a nice conversion cab for $350.
Monitor is in good shape with no burn. It has 4 game packs installed
but no CD's come with it. The packs are:

Capcom Classics 1: 1942, Ghosts 'n Goblins, Section Z, Vulgus, HiGeMaru - Pirate Ship, Legendary Wings, Gun Smoke, Trojan

Capcom Classics 2: 1941: Counter Attack, Black Tiger, Commando, Exed Exes, Ghouls 'n Ghosts, Son Son, Strider, Varth: Operation Thunderstorm

Fighting Classics: Champion Wrestler, Mat Mania, Mega Man: The Power Battle, Saturday Night Slam Masters, Street Fighter, Street Fighter II - The World Warrior, Street Fighter II - Champion Edition, Street Fighter II' Turbo - Hyper Fighting

Midway Smash Pack 1: Asteroids, Defender, Defender II, Joust, KLAX, Robotron: 2084, Tapper, Toobin'

Is it worth it?

$350 is good as long as the cabinet is in decent shape. I have and Arcade Legends (same company) and it's decent for some of the games that didn't use specialized controls on the originals.

It all depends on what you want. Are those games that you will want to play down the road for a long time? Do you mind that they're emulated? You'll figure out if it's worth it to you or not by answering those questions.
